Turquoise Trail Volunteer Fire Department is an all-volunteer organization, one of 15 districts that make up Santa Fe County Fire in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Founded in 1969, it has continually provided emergency response services for the Turquoise Trail District, encompassing the Highway 14 corridor from the State Pennitentiary to Cerrillos, and in conjunction with the Madrid Volunteer Fire Department, to Golden.

We have three stations; one located in the Village of Cerrillos, one on Highway 14 at Dutch Rd, and our newest and main station located on Highway 14 across from San Marcos Feed.

Our department has 3 engines, 2 ambulances, 2 rescues (one of which is the SF County Technical Rescue truck), 3 tankers, and a wildland vehicle donated to us by the National Guard. ("the Wart")

Our members respond to everything from medical emergencies, structure fires and motor vehicle accidents to technical rescues and wildland incidents.
