1. WHO WE ARE?
Our department is comprised of 100% volunteer firefighters. That means these individuals have full time jobs separate from volunteering for our community.
2. WHAT DO WE DO?
We providing emergency medical services, firefighting, and responding to hazardous material calls.
3. IS THE FIRE STATION MANNED 24/7?
Our firefighters respond when the Tippecanoe County Sheriff's Department sends a set of tones to pagers that each member wears. No one lives or sleeps at the stations at this time.
4. DO WE GET PAID?
We do not receive a salary for volunteering our time and services.
